What Identification is required to be submitted prior to start of course?A valid Government Identification is required and must be presented for registration and to the instructor on the first day of course commencement. (Driver’s License, Passport, Vantage card). Trainees are expected to be in a good state of health and physically capable of fully taking part in all program activities. Trainees are expected to participate in all physical training requirements. A valid Medical Certificate is required to be submitted prior to the start of course.

Is food service available on site?Trainees are responsible for obtaining their own lunch between the hours of 01200 and 01300.
What time are the classes conducted?Classes are generally conducted from 0830 to 1730. Trainees who are absent for any duration of a course must complete all sections before they can receive certification.

How do I get a new certificate or ID card if I have lost or misplaced mine?New or faxed copies of certificates and ID cards can be issued at a cost of $20.00 per item. For further information, please contact reception:

Certifications MUST be renewed BEFORE the expiry date.
Individuals who fail to renew their certification by this time must submit a letter of acceptance to Survival Systems Training outlining:
Please note this letter must be approved by SSTL before you can be registered for a refresher course. If the letter is approved, you have to attend the dates requested in the letter for the refresher and if for any reason you cannot attend, the initial full course would have to be retaken.
